A) For any iAuction4u trader to sell your items a consent form must be signed & completed first, we may also ask to see a formal piece of I.D, this will only need to be shown to us on your first visit. For business customers a signed company letterhead will do.

B) All items must be left with the iAuction4u trader to enable viewings & a fast delivery or collection service. Keys & logbook to any type of vehicle must also be left. All items left at any iAuction4u branch are fully insured.

C) Items offered by you for us to auction or sale must be the property or yourself or you must have the owners full permission to act on their behalf.

D) Any iAuction4u trader may refuse to auction or sale or to end any auction or buy it now listing without notice or reason if we feel a breach of our terms & conditions have been broken
