iAuction4u Limited take your privacy seriously & any personal information we hold about you will only be used in the course of doing business with you.

We will never give or sell your details to third parties & we will only disclose them in order to resolve a dispute or if instructed to by a court of law.

1) Terms & Conditions "Last Updated 08/04/20123@ 18.00 Hours"

These terms & conditions form an agreement under which you as "owner" of items will do business with us "iAuction4u Limited" eBay user I.D "iauction4ulimited" eBay Shop I.D "iAuction4u Limited" as follows. 1.1) This Agreement constitutes an agreement & understanding between you "owner" & us "iAuction4u Limited" in relation to the subject matter thereof. 1.2) This updated agreement has supersede all prior representations relating to the subject matter of this agreement. Should these terms & conditions be updated, the updated terms & conditions will be published here http://iauction4u.co.uk/terms on our website which will constitute notice to you of any such change. Any new terms & conditions "published on our "website" will supersede these from the time of "publication". These "terms & conditions" are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any unsolved dispute in any form may be subject to these laws. 

2) Relationship 

The relationship between us "iAuction4u Limited" & you the "owner" is that of "agent" & "owner" only. Nothing contained in this "agreement" forms any part of a "partnership", "agency" or "joint enterprise" between the "parties" on any grounds or any of nature what so ever. 

3) Us your Agent 

When handing us your items you authorise us "iAuction4u Limited" to act as an "agent" on your "owner" behalf. We agree to act as your agent only in regard to those items left with us. Your authorisation is for us to, 3.1) sell your items through eBay.co.uk or any other eBay site worldwide.

3.2) when no sale is made though eBay a private sale may be made at the starting auction price or buy it now price offered. 3.3) using our discretion & experience of selling on eBay, we will list your items in an acceptable style & manner aimed at getting you a fair price. 3.4) you understand that the fair price is & cannot be more than the highest bidders offer or buy it now purchase price & therefore the fair price is outside of our control. 3.5) you also authorise us to transfer to the buyer upon payment & collection or dispatch, "full legal title". 3.6) you agree for the sale to be subject to our current eBay return & refund policy as advertised to each eBay listing. 3.7) you consent to allow listings to offer "free postage & packing" & an option of "collection" of any item. 3.8) you agree for us "iAuction4u Limited" to deduct any "free postage & packing charges" from the listings final sale or auction fee. 

4) You the Owner 

You the "owner" warrant that 4.1) you are the "owner" of the items. 4.2) you have all the necessary rights & authorisation to sell the items. 4.3) your items are not stolen;, the processed of crime, 

counterfeit or of a nature to cause harm or distress to others adults or minors in any form. 4.4) you consent to sell your items at the sales price or highest bid with no exceptions or release except with our written consent. 4.5) You agree to our service fee of 30% (Thirty percent) of the final sales price up to a sale price of £750.00p GBP (Seven Hundred & Fifty Pounds) & then 10% (Ten Percent) for every £1.00p GBP (One Pound) thereafter per item. 4.6) you agree to leave all "items" for "sale" or "auction" with us "iAuction4u Limited" at all times. 

5) Breach 

We "iAuction4u Limited"  may at any time withdraw without notice the owners (you) items if we feel, 5.1) the owner "you" has breached this agreement, 5.2) we may temporarily suspend or terminate the owners (you) items if we are unable to verify or authenticate information the owner (you) has supplied to us, 5.3) we feel the owners (you) actions may cause "loss or legal liability" to us "iAuction4u Limited". 5.4) we are asked by any "eBay auction site worldwide" to "terminate" any item at any time for any reason. 

6) Liability 

The liability cap for any item lost, stolen or damage while in our "iAuction4u Limited" care is, other than 6.1) while in the care of a "post or parcel courier" or "in the hands of anyone whey we have had to surrender any item at the request of the police or that of a court order"  is,  6.2) The average price of 3 of the "same", "similar" or "compatible" item "whenever possible". 6.2) £50.00p (Fifty Pounds) GBP. No exceptions to "6.1" or "6.2" what so ever.
