Q   Do you collect the items from me, if so is there any cost for this service?

A   Yes we do collect items within London & the home counties, Surrey, Sussex &

      Kent. There is no cost when selling multiple items 20+, individual high price

      items or home & business clearances. If you would prefer to drop off items

      please book a day & time that suits your needs. This can be done by calling us 

      or by email. We are here 7 days a week with assistants here to help.

 

Q   Are my items insured while in your care?

A   Yes all items that are in our care from collection or drop off to dispatch are

      insured & once dispatch these items are covered by the couriers insurance.

 

Q   I need cash today, can you help?

A   We are sorry but our services are amied at customers who wish to sell on there

      items via an auction or sale where the highest bidder or buyer purchases the 

      item. We are unable to purchase any items direct or pay any payment upfront for

      any goods left with us.

 

Q   How much do you charge for selling my items?

A   Unlike other eBay trading assistants, other online or highstreet auctioneers

      we charge a standard fee of 30% of the final sale / hammer price up to a value of

      £750.00p (GBP) then just 10% for every pound there after per item. You will never

      have any upfront fees or after sale charges with us. Our service fee for the sale of

      any car, van or any type of vehicle whether it be a caravan, bus, motorbike or

      boat is 20% of the final sales price up to £2000.00p (GBP) then just 10% for

      every pound there after.

 

Q   How long after i hand my items to you do i get my payment?

A   Within 2 days for small jobs & 3 to 4 days for larger & clearance jobs we will have

      all your items live & listed on eBay. The auction time will be either 7 or 10 days

      with another 3 to 4 days for payment & postage. These are the realistic time

      levels for each part of the process when selling on eBay. You are looking at

      around 3 weeks from handing us your goods to receiving your payment.

 

Q   What is buy it now?

A   Buy it now listings are items with a set sales price. These can be any items new

      or old that we consider would benifit a set price sale. The reason could be the

      value of the item, its an antique or a unique or specialised item.

  

Q   You start a lot of items off at 99p, why is this?

A   The 99p start is a tactical way of gathering watchers, these watchers are potential

      buyers, more watches, the more bids, the more bids the higher the sales price.

 

Q   What happens if i have unsold items?

A   Any unsold items can be relisted ( we recommended this), collected by yourself

      or handed to a local charity store or offered for free on the Freecycle network.
