Service fee

We have had a good look at other online & offline auctioneers as well as fellow eBay traders assistants & found our service fee is by far the cheapest & fairest around for the services offered. We will not charge you 50% 45% 40% 35% or even 33% of the hammer price, we charge a standard set fee of 30% of the final sale price up to a value of £750.00p (GBP) then just 10% there after per item. With us you will never have any upfront fees or hidden extra costs guaranteed.

Our service fee incorporates all eBay item listing fees, all if any extra listing fees, the final value sales fee, they also cover all the PayPal payment charges. PayPal is an online payment method that must be offered as a payment option to buyers on all eBay listings "as per eBay's terms & conditions on payment options". PayPal is not required as payment on cars, vans or other vehicle types & a reduced fee applies.

We will advise you as to which is the best way for us to sell your items, this will be either on an auction style or on a buy it now style listing. Which ever we think will get you the best price.

Once we start listing your items we will take multiple pictures or make a video, give a full detailed description to each item along with details such as is it brand new, used or has it any defects or missing parts, we also state the starting price, the payment methods accepted which are PayPal or cash on collection only, the location & delivery postage costs or the collection options.

During the duration of the auction or sale we answer all questions & emails related to each item. Should any protencial buyers or bidders wish to view any item arrangements are made for them to do so. Once the auction or sale is over we invoice the winning buyer & inform you of the final sale price for each item usually within 24 hours. When the payment has been receive we then package & dispatch the item. We ship daily Monday to Friday till 4.30pm & 11am on Saturdays, we do not ship on bank holidays. We also offer a Monday to Sunday collection service.

On average over 80% of our buyers complete payment immediately & 95% within 24 hours. We have found that our Saturday & Sunday collection opening hours have been very popular with many buyers preferring the weekends as a convenient collection option. Every item that we list on eBay is offered with an option of collection. Buyers will & do bid that little extra knowing that they can collect over the weekend. Once your items have been delivered or collected we then deduct our service fee & forward the balance to you or if prearranged you can collect your payment.

When we have generated your invoice we can make payment to you by direct bank transfer, a company cheque, PayPal or cash in person, which ever suits your needs the best. Please note that cash payments require a 24 hour advanced notification period with large cash payments requiring a 48 hours notice period.
