We have had a good look at other online & offline auctioneers as well as fellow eBay traders & found our service fees are by far the cheapest & fairest. We will not charge you 50% 45% 40% or even 35%, we charge a flat standard service fee of 1/3 of the final sale price & that's it. Theres no upfront fees & no hidden extras.

All eBay listing & final value sale fees along with all PayPal charges are all included in our service fee.

What We Do To Earn Our Service Fee

We advise you which is the best way for us to sell your items, either on an Auction style or on a Buy It Now style listing. Which ever we think will get you the best price.

Once we start listing your items we take multiple pictures or make a video, we give a full detailed description to each item along with details such as is it brand new, used or has it any defects or missing parts. We also state the starting price, the payment methods accepted, location & delivery or collection options.

During the durarion of the auction or sale we answer all questions & emails related to each item. For those that wish to view an item arrangements are made for them to do so. Once the auction or sale is over we invoice the winner & inform you of the final sale price for each item.

Once we receive payment from the buyer we package & then dispatch the item to the winning buyer. We ship daily Monday to Friday uptil 4pm excluding bank hoildays.

On average over 80% of our buyers complete payment immediately & 95% within 24 hours. Once your item or items have been delivered or collected we then deduct our service fee & forward the balance to you or if prearranged you can collect your payment.

A Few Basic Terms

A)  For any iAuction4u branch to sell your items a consent form must be signed & completed first, we may also ask to see a formal piece of I.D, this will only need to be shown to us on your first visit. For business customers a company letterhead will do.

B)  All items must be left with the iAuction4u branch to enable viewings & a fast delivery or collection service. Keys & logbook to any type of vehicle must also be left. All items left at any iAuction4u branch are 100% fully insured.

C)  Items offered by you for us to auction or sale must be the property or yourself or you must have the owners full permission to act on their behalf.

D)  Any iAuction4u branch may refuse to auction or sale or to end any auction or buy it now listing without notice or reason if we feel a breach of our terms has been broken.
