Our Service Fees

We at iAuction4u have had a good look at other online & offline auctioneers as well as fellow ebay trading assistants & found our service fees are by far the cheapest & fairest, we will not charge you 50%, 40%, 35% or 33%, we charge a standard flat fee of 30% of the final auction / sale price & that's it, there will be no hidden costs from us. 30% No More.

How We Earn Our Fees.

We will advise you which is the best way to list your item, either via auction listing or by a buy it now format, which ever suits your needs the best to get you the best price we can. Once we have agreed to the above will then take multiple pictures or make a video, list a full item detailed description along with details of, is it brand new, used or has any defects or missing parts, we also state the starting price, payment methods accepted, location & delivery or collection options. During the auction we answer all questions & emails related to the item & those that wish to view arrangements are made for them to do so, then after the auction is over we invoice the winner & then inform you of the final sale price. Once we receive payment we then package & dispatch to the winning buyer, (we ship same day up till 5pm) payments receive after this items will be shipped by midday the following day. On average 80% of our buyers complete payment immediately & 95% within 24 hours.We then when the item has been delivered or collected we just deduct our service fees & then forward the full balance to you or if prearranged collect payment.

Note* All ebay listing & final value sales fees along with any PayPal Charges & Postal & Shipping costs are all included in our service fees.

Terms.

A    For us to auction or sell your items we must by law see a formal piece of I.D with your name & address on it, this may be photocopied if needed & will only need to be shown to us on your first visit. Business customers a company letterhead will do.

B   All items for auction or sale must be left with iAuction4u.co.uk to enable a fast delivery service or collection by the winning bidder, keys & log book to any type of vehicle must also be left. All items left with us at any branch are 100% fully insured.

This does not include items placed in classified ads.

C    Items offered by you for us to auction or sale must be the property or yourself or you are have the owners full permission to act on their behalf. If you have a receipt for your item adding it to the auction listing always increases the sale price.

D  iAuction4u.co.uk may at any time refuse to auction / sale or to end any auction / buy it now listing without notice or reason if we feel a breach of our terms has been broken.

E   Please note we are unable to offer or pay any monies up front prior to the end of the auction or sale.
